Cultures are not static – they are being added to and subtracted from every day. The question is whether your culture is being formed intentionally.

Intentional cultures are built upon a Core Governance of Purpose, Core Values and Operating Principles. When these three elements are well articulated, aligned, and practiced, we call that Organizational Character. The “fruit” of strong Organizational Character is high trust.
