Riverstone’s workshops have all been designed in-house. We customize every learning experience to meet our clients challenges and objectives. Our workshops can be as short as a half-day up to three days off-site, depending upon our client’s needs and desires. Additionally, all of our workshops can be delivered in person or virtually. Teambuilding Workshops
Our teambuilding workshops focus on three major themes: effective communications, trust building, and team governance.

EQ Workshop
Typically a one-day workshop, we explore what EQ is, differentiate it from IQ, and discuss why EQ is vitally important for success in today’s workplace. Additionally, we explore the domains of EQ and learn and practice how to improve EQ.

Sales DISC: The Art & Science of Behavioral Selling
One of our most popular workshops, SalesDISC helps your sales professionals understand their behavioral selling strengths and challenges, recognize their customers behavioral style, and flex to the customer style for maximum effectiveness in the sales process. Topics include the fundamentals of DISC, style recognition and how to sell to each style including sales call agendas, effective language, question framing, dealing with objections based upon style, and even how to write emails and leave voicemails in the behavioral style of the customer.

SalesDISC Online
An online, self-paced version of the live workshop, SalesDISC Online is a perfect solution for a salesforce spread across the country or globe, as well as getting new members of the sales team up to speed in behavioral selling.
